Delta Silicon Industrial Park is located in the eastern corridor of Jakarta, Indonesia. Delta Silicon has an area of ​​227 hectares in Lippo Cikarang and is supported by 3 main accesses from the Jakarta-Cikampek toll road through Cikarang Barat, Cibatu, and Cikarang Utama toll gates.

Delta Silicon Industrial Park is also one of the industrial areas that implements the KLIK (Kemudahan Investasi Langsung Konstruksi) program as one of the efforts made by the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) to encourage the acceleration of business implementation in Indonesia.
