PT Yiho Jakarta Real Estate Development (Yiho Jakarta) will develop the Sentosa Park project in Tangerang New City, a self-sustaining city, with approximately Rp450 billion in investment. It will reside on a total land area of 10 hectares located in the CBD area. To develop an integrated and unified spatial city, Sentosa Park will adopt the grid system in its spatial development plan.
