Adhi Karya will develop 12 Transit-Oriented-Development projects (TOD) which include the Eastern Green project near the Bekasi Station. While PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) through PT Wika Realty Tbk, will develop at least five strategic property projects in the next five years which includes the development of a township, an industrial estate in Subang, West Java, Pulomas Jakarta Phase I and the high-speed train Indonesia-China (KCIC).
