PT Urban Jakarta Propertindo Tbk. (Urban Jakarta) is optimistic that Transit Oriented Development (TOD) properties in Jakarta and its surrounding areas are potential in line with the recurring demand and the Covid-19 vaccination program from the government. Urban Jakarta is currently working on five TOD projects in Jakarta and Bekasi with Rp22.77 trillion investment which are all connected with the Light Railway Transit (LRT) public transportation that connects Jakarta, Bekasi and Cibubur.
