PT Perintis Triniti Properti (Triniti Land) projects that its targeted marketing sales of Rp1.1 trillion will be dominated by its project named Marc’s Boulevard Batam. The project gross development value (GDV) is estimated at approximately Rp5 trillion-Rp6 trillion with a contribution of 20% to the total target. The 23-hectares development project will continue its development until 2028 and it comprises five districts.
