PT Perintis Triniti Properti (TRIN) recorded Rp11.6 billion in revenue in the first quarter of 2020, lower than in the first quarter of 2019 of Rp75.3 billion. The decline was due to the implementation of PSAK 72. However, its marketing sales revenue in the first quarter was recorded at Rp93.9 billion contributed by projects including The Smith, Collins Boulevard and Marc’s Boulevard which has not started the hand over.
