PT Perintis Triniti Properti Tbk. (TRIN) reported 125% month to month sales growth in December from November 2020. The largest contributor was the mixed-use project named Marc’s Boulevard in Batam at 53%. In 2021, TRIN will focus on a new project development, including TOD projects, Affordable Housing, and Logistic Park. To accelerate its growth, TRIN plans for an alliance and strategic cooperation with strategic partners who own land banks.
