PT Perintis Triniti Tbk (TRIN) is preparing for an expansion this year with the plan to develop a landed housing project in Batam, a Logistics Park and a Transit Oriented Development (TOD) project. It is currently being explored with potential partners. In addition, TRIN will also focus on its existing projects, including the mixed-use project Marcs Boulevard in Batam and Collins Boulevard in Serpong. Last year, TRIN recorded Rp518 billion in marketing sales from six projects.
