PT Perintis Triniti Properti Tbk. (TRIN) is optimistic that the property business will improve in 2021 after the regulation implemented by the government in controlling Covid-19 pandemic and the low interest rates. In the next three to five years, TRIN will focus on affordable landed houses, Transit Oriented Development (TOD) and logistics park projects with potential joint venture partners with second-tier property developers and land bank owners.
