PT Perintis Triniti Properti Tbk (TRIN) plans for expansion after its Initial Public Offering last January reached Rp129.76 billion. TRIN will allocate 35% of the total revenue for working capital and the development of Marc’s Boulevard Superblock project in Batam. The mixed-use project will reside on 23 hectares of land area and comprising five areas. In the first phase, TRIN will construct three condovilla towers comprising 279 units and 20 unit shophouses aimed to be completed in 2028.
