PT Perintis Triniti Properti Tbk. (TRIN) will buy back its maximum shares of Rp20 billion, including the transaction cost, brokerage commission, and other costs in relation to the buyback by using internal funding. TRIN appointed Mirae Asset Sekuritas Indonesia for the buyback period from 6 August until 7 November 2020.
