PT FAF Mitra Propertindo, the developer of the modern integrated Kualanamu Aerocity area, has officially signed the construction agreement with CV Intech Powerindo as the main contractor which starts the physical construction phase of the strategic project. The first tower of Kualanamu Aerocity is set to complete in December 2025 with the unit handover planned to start in January 2026. The project resides on a total land area of 1.6 hectare and comprising 10 apartment towers, one hotel with the total of 958 apartment units and 98 commercial units.
