As of the end of January 2025, the construction progress of the airside or the runway of Nusantara International Airport in Nusantara Capital (IKN), managed by the Directorate General (Ditjen) of Bina Marga of the Ministry of Public Works (PU) has reached 88.441% from the targeted 99.438%. This airport resides on a total land area of 347 hectares with runway spanning the total of 3,000 meters x 45 meters, capable of serving large-scale aircraft, including Boeing 777-200 ER and Airbus 380.
