PT Dana Tabungan dan Asuransi Pegawai Negeri (Persero) or PT Taspen, through its business line, Taspen Properti, has signed a cooperation with a Japanese company, Mitsubishi Estate Co. Ltd. to continue the development of Oasis Central Sudirman with the transaction value of Rp10.6 trillion. The project is aimed to be completed in 2029. The groundbreaking of the project was completed in January 2023. The Oasis Central Sudirman will comprise two main towers which reside on a total land area of 3.3 hectares.
