Tanrise Property allocates approximately Rp400-Rp500 billion capital expenditure for three new projects in 2021 while also completing its two existing apartment projects namely Kyo Society Apartment in East Surabaya and ARC100 Premium Apartment in the hearth of Surabaya. The new projects comprise a self-sustaining city in Gresik on a 300-hectare of land area, a superblock project on Jalan Hayam Wuruk, Jember, East Java and a hotel and resort project in Bali.
