TANA Group Conducts the Groundbreaking of AURUM 24/7 Urban Hub in Batam

TNA Group conducted the groundbreaking of AURUM 24/7 Urban Hub project in the strategic area of Bengkong, Batam. The project is designed to be a modern trade area that operates 24 hours every day and the latest commercial destination in Batam. The first phase of the development with the total of 130 SOBIZ (Shop, Office, Business) units, including 42 tenancy collaboration units, almost reached sold out with the handover of these units planned in October 2027, while its second phase, SOBIZ Festive, in February 2029. These units are offered at prices starting from Rp2 billion per unit.
