Summarecon Agung Aims to Maintain Recurring Income at 25%-30% in 2026

PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (SMRA) aims to maintain its recurring income at 25%–30% of the 2026 consolidated revenue. Currently, SMRA’s recurring income reached 27% of the total revenue. Until the third quarter of 2025, SMRA recorded its net profit at Rp549.57 billion during the January-September 2025 period or declining by 41.35% yoy annually. Meanwhile, the net income declined by 14.85% yoy to Rp6.41 trillion from Rp7.53 trillion in the same period in 2024.
