PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (Summarecon) achieved Rp 90 billion from the sales of its commercial product, Quantum Commercial shophouse in Summarecon Serpong. By adopting the concept of alfresco, the shophouses are available with and without a spacious balcony, with the total floor area of 5x16 on a total land area of 80 square meters, and the total floor area of 6x16 on a total land area of 96 square meters. The First Phase marketing of Quantum Commercial is only available in a limited number of 10 units and 34 units in the Second Phase.
