Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk (SSIA) continues with the plan of groundbreaking the Subang City of Industry project in September 2020 and starting the marketing sales of the project. There are 25-30 or 200 hectares of inquiries already which mostly came from Japanese automotive companies. The project’s total land area is 2,000 hectares and 30% of the total is allocated for residential. As of the end of 2019, SSIA has acquired 1,173 hectares of land area.
