PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk. (SSIA) recorded a revenue growth from its property arm, including the industrial estate, maintenance cost and commercial leases in the first semester of 2020 , recording at Rp181.4 billion or increasing by 27.6% from Rp142.4 billion in the first semester of 2019. Its main industrial estate business unit of PT Suryacipta Swadaya achieved Rp152.9 billion in revenue or increasing by 43.7% from Rp106.4 billion in the first semester of 2019.
