In the second quarter of 2020, PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk (SSIA), comprising the industrial estate revenue, maintenance fee and commercial lease, achieved the total revenue of Rp86.9 billion or increasing by 20% from Rp72.4 billion in the first quarter of 2019. With the easing of physical distancing during June-July 2020, SSIA is expected to obtain land sales commitments until the end of the third quarter of 2020.
