PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk. (SSIA) continued the development of Subang Metropolitan Surya Semesta Project. In the first phase, SSIA will develop 400 hectares of land area while the hand over is planned for the first quarter of 2023. In the future, SSIA will acquire 2,700 hectares of land area of which 1,458 hectares will be dedicated for industrial estate. SSIA also allocates Rp750 billion for capital expenditure in 2021 which most of it will be utilized to acquire 160 hectares land area in Subang.
