The Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) aims to start the Solo-Yogyakarta NYIA (New Yogyakarta International Airport) Toll Road project by March 2021. The first phase of the construction will start on the Kartasura-Purwomartani Section 1 of 42.37 kilometers. The PUPR Ministry has allocated approximately Rp1.2 trillion for the Toll Road Business Enterprise (BUJT) to manage the Solo-Yogyakarta-NYIA Kulon Progo Toll Road.
