PT Sentul City Tbk (BKSL) will develop a new Central Business District (CBD) named Kota Dua on a total land area of 250 hectares in Sentul City, Bogor Regency by collaborating with both local and international strategic partners. As of the first semester of 2021, BKSL has achieved Rp 239 billion in net profit from the divestment of its shares of Aeon Mall to Aeon Mall Japan and its business expansions of several completed apartment projects including Saffron Noble and Opus Park Apartment which are connected to Aeon Mall.
