PT Rockfields Properti Indonesia Tbk. holds Initial Public Offering (IPO) on 1-3 September 2020. The developer of Noble Bouse in Mega Kuningan, Jakarta and International Exchange House in Rasuna Said, Jakarta offers 287.04 million shares at Rp1,340 per share and aims to obtain Rp384.63 billion. Approximately 74% of the IPO fund will be allocated to increase its ownership at its subsidiaries including PT Artha Mas Investama and Graha Lestari Internusa.
