PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk. (PWON) reported that its current occupancy rate remained in the safe level or above 90% for malls in Jakarta and Surabaya in its management. The visit number of PWON’s mall in Surabaya is also reported to return to its normal level between 85% and 90%. However, the number of visitors for its malls in Jakarta was only recorded between 50% and 60% due to the reduced operating hours enforced by the government.
