PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk. (PWON) is optimistic that the property business will recover in 2021 by concentrating on its mixed-use projects. PWON has allocated approximately Rp800 billion to Rp1 trillion of capex for 2021 for the development of a condominium project in Bekasi, a four-star hotel and a five-star hotel on a total land area of 3.6 hectares.
