PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk. (PWON) through its subdisary, PT Pakuwon Permai, acquired Hartono Mall Yogyakarta, Marriot Yogyakarta Hotel and Hartono Solo Baru with the total transaction value of Rp1.366 trillion and 67.13% ownership as the buyer and PT Delta Merlin Dunia Properti as the seller. The reasons for this acquisition include a geographical diversification for growth bases out of Surabaya and Jakarta and to strengthen its recurring income.
