PT Yiho Jakarta Real Estate Development, a subsidiary of New Yi-Ho Holding Group Co. Ltd., Hong Kong, is eager to expand to Indonesian property industry. It will develop a new residential cluster named Sentosa Park in Cikupa, Banten, residing on 2,600 hectares of the total land area. Yiho Jakarta plans to build 400 houses in the first phase from the targeted total of 1,000 houses.
