PT MNC Land Tbk (KPIG) is preparing for a private placement of maximum 8,062,572,666 shares or equal to 10% maximum of the total paid up capital with nominal value of Rp100 per share. The private placement is to fund the development and construction of an entertainment, hospitality and premium lifestyle project in MNC Lido City, Bogor, West Java which adopts the concept of “Pride of the Nation.”
