PT Mitra Sindo Sukses, a subsidary of PT Modernland Realty Tbk., accelerates the construction and sale of Cleon Park Apartment, its first apartment project in Jakarta Garden City, East Jakarta. The construction of Cleon Park Apartment was started on 23rd September 2020 and it is planned to be handed over in 2023. Currently, the project has progressed to the basement structure construction. The apartment comprises 310 units and it has been 80% sold with prices starting from Rp600 billion to Rp1.4 billion.
