Developers predict that property market prices will remain stagnant in the second semester of 2020 despite the current new normal due to uncertainty. Previously, Residential Property Price Index (IHPR) from the Central Bank of Indonesia in the first quarter of 2020 recorded at 1.68% (YoY), lower than in the previous period when it was recorded at 1.77% (YoY).
