Property Industry Records 3.64% Yoy Growth in 2Q-2026

The property industry grew 3.64% yoy in the second quarter of 2026 from 3.7% yoy in the same period last year. From demand side, the middle class’s purchasing power remained under pressure, with non-subsidized home ownership loan (KPR) also remained relatively high with Bank of Indonesia key interest rate set at 5.75%.
