The loan disbursement in July 2024 showed a 9% yoy growth, the highest this year. According to data from the Bank of Indonesia (BI), the property loan grew reaching Rp 1,391.3 trillion. This growth started in April 2024, when it reached 7.8% yoy and continued to May 2024 to 8.8%.
