Property companies decided to postpone new product launches and rely on the sales of their existing projects to meet the targeted marketing sales in 2020. As of the first semester of 2020, PT Metropolitan Land Tbk. (MTLA) achieved Rp540 billion in marketing sales from the targeted Rp1.1 trillion to Rp1.2 trillion ranges and it decided to expand the marketing digitally. PT Intiland Development Tbk. (DILD) also relies on its existing landed house projects and as of the first semester of 2020, DILD achieved Rp343 billion or 13.73% of the targeted Rp2.5 trillion for 2020.
