PT PP Properti Tbk recorded its revenue during January-March 2020 period declined by 16.53% year on year (YoY) to R357.91 billion and net profit declined to Rp26.39 billion. The subsidiary of PT Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk plans to evaluate its performance target for 2020 from Rp3.1 trillion and net profit to Rp346 billion. This year, PT PP Properti allocates Rp500 billion for capital expenditure and until 31 March has spent Rp186 billion.
