PP Properti and Grahabuana Cikarang (a subsidiary of PT Kawasan Industri Jababeka Tbk.) has started the launch of “Little Tokyo Jababeka” Apartment Kick Off 2021. To develop the total of six towers, they have allocated Rp2.7 trillion with Rp265 billion allocated for the construction of the first tower named Shibuya. The Little Tokyo Jababeka area is located within the main Jababeka CBD Area on a total land area of 4.6 hectares and it will integrate the TOD development concept.
