PT PP Properti Tbk. is optimistic that residential sales in 2021 will grow at 10%-15% ranges with the marketing sales aimed to reach Rp1.38 trillion. One of the residential projects under development is Grand Kamala Lagoon (GKI) in Bekasi, West Java, residing on a total land area of 28 hectares. It will comprise four towers with the on-going construction to be handed over in 2021 namely Isabella Tower.
