PT PP (Persero) Tbk, the main contractor of Pollux Technopolis, Karawang, West Java, estimates the first phase construction of Pollux Technopolis to be completed within two to three years. The first phase comprises two apartment towers out of the total of 26 towers. The Rp3.5-trillion investment project will be constructed by PT Pollux Lito Karawang (PLK), a joint venture between PT Pollux Properti Indonesia Tbk (PPI) and Lito Group.
