PT Pollux Properti Indonesia Tbk. (POLL) through its subsidiary, PT Pollux Lito Karawang, conducted the groundbreaking of the CBD Pollux Technopolis in Karawang, West Java. The project resides on a total land area of 42 hectares. The first phase of the development will include the Dotonburi Shopping Street, a four-story shophouses with a thematic concept and the 23-story Kairaku Residence (five apartment tower and one hotel). The first phase is estimated to be completed in 18 months.
