PT Pollux Indonesia Tbk. (POLL) has completed three projects in 2020, including the Pollux Chadstone Cikarang, the Pollux Meisterstadt Batam and the World Capital Tower in Jakarta. In 2020, POLL has allocated Rp400 billion for its capital expenditure in which Rp300 billion has already spent. As of August 2020, POLL recorded Rp120.16 billion in marketing sales from the targeted Rp167 billion this year. The Chadstone and Mesterstadt projects remain as the main contributors.
