PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk. (PWON) recorded Rp427 billion marketing sales from its property units in the first quarter of 2021. This amount was 17% higher than its achievement in the same period last year. This achievement is also equal to 30.5% of its target for 2021 of the total marketing sales of Rp1.4 trillion. Its net revenue in 2020 recorded a 44.86% decline, from Rp7.20 trillion in 2019 to Rp3.97 trillion in 2020.
