PT Metropolitan Land Tbk. revises its capital expenditure (Capex) for 2020 from Rp600 billion to Rp225 billion due to the Covid-19 pandemic. As of August 2020, it has absorbed approximately Rp132 billion for the Capex. With the revision, the construction of Royal Venya Ubud and Horison Hotel Kertajati will continue at a slower progress while the launch of TOD Cawang Project and a project in Gorontalo are rescheduled until next year.
