PT Metropolitan Land Tbk posted Rp250 billion in marketing sales in the first quarter of this year from the targeted Rp2 trillion for this year. The detail target comprises Rp1.5 trillion from presales and Rp500 billion from commercial. The slow realization was affected by the delay of new project launches due to the corona virus. Moreover, MTLA has started closing its shopping center in the end of March and recorded lower guest visits from its hotels.
