PT Maha Properti Indonesia Tbk. (MPRO) records net profit in the third quarter of 2020 at Rp7.77 billion, despite lower revenue, improved from Rp884.4 million loss in the third quarter of 2019. MPRO records lower revenue, from Rp150.71 billion to Rp92.76 billion, especially from the apartment segment with revenue growth recorded from office sales from Rp75.74 billion to Rp76.56 billion.
