PT Maha Properti Indonesia Tbk. obtained fresh fund of Rp156.34 billion from its initial public offering. The fund is allocated for three purposes, the first is the construction of Simprug Signature project with 80% of the total fund or Rp125.07 billion, secondly Rp23.45 billion or 15% for the construction of Apsara Tower 1 Apartment, and the remaining Rp7.81 billion for operating capital.
