MNC Lido City in Bogor, West Java is officially stated as the Special Economic Zone (KEK) Lido Tourism and granted with various tax incentives, including the income tax, added-value tax (PPN), luxury goods tax (PPnBM), entry duty, import tax, levy and other permit benefits as contained in the Ministry of Finance Regulation Number 237/PMK.010/2020. The integrated residential, commercial, tourism and resort estate will reside on a total land area of 3,000 hectares, bordering Jakarta and Banten.
