PT Mega Manungal Property Tbk. (MMLP) will soon conclude its divestment transaction of four warehouse estates to form a private investment along with Keppel Corp and PT Asuransi Jiwa Manulife Indonesia. It is expected to secure a net funding of Rp1.1 trillion. The transaction is expected to conclude by the end of September and MMLP is expected to have a stronger capital for future expansions.
