PT Metropolitan Kentjana Tbk (MKPI), a member of Group Pondok Indah, states that its property sales and lease were slowing down in almost all property project segments. Revenue decline reported in residential and hospitality segments as demand was low. However, MKPI’s performance was recorded with the growth in the first quarter of this year, at 4.78% (yoy) to Rp432.53 billion and its net profit was recorded at 36.64% (yoy) higher to Rp207.45 billion.
