PT Metropolitan Kentjana Tbk. (MKPI) the management of Pondok Indah Mall and Puri Indah mall recorded its occupancy rate at 97% from previously around 99% before the pandemic. MKPI claims to be continually selective for tenants while also offering competitive prices. According to the Indonesian Shopping Center Management Association (APPDI), mall managements are facing challenges to find new tenants to replace tenants who closed their business or cancelled their tenancy during the pandemic.
